Nostre Roy boit, c’est par coustume,
Nostre bon Roy bien souvent boit,
J’ay veu le Cerf du bois saillir,
Et boire à la fonteine.
Je boy à ty mon bel amy,
Et à ta souveraine,
Si tu ne fais ainsi que my,
Tu bevras pinte pleine.
Le Cerf du bois cy n’est pas pris:
Mais on y prend grand’ peine.
